# Job Description – Fire & Safety and Security Officer
- Qualification:** Diploma in Fire & Safety\
- Experience:** 4–5 years, preferably in a hospital environment\
- Location:** Across five hospital locations
### Key Responsibilities
- Manage fire safety and security operations across all five hospitals.
- Conduct fire mock drills (Code Red & Code Yellow) and monthly safety training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and work permit procedures.
- Monitor fire alarm systems, firefighting equipment, PA systems, and fire extinguishers.
- Coordinate with local authorities for Fire NOC-related matters.
- Support emergency response, evacuation, and disaster management drills.
- Oversee CCTV surveillance and overall security operations.
- Ensure proper handling of RGP, NRGP, and other security documentation.
### Required Skills
- Knowledge of fire safety systems, emergency response, and security management.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Hospital experience preferred, with the ability to travel across all five locations.
