Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Fire Officer role located in Bogole. The Fire Officer will be responsible for implementing fire safety measures, conducting fire risk assessments, and managing emergency services. Additional responsibilities include developing fire prevention protocols, training team members, and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. The role requires vigilance, effective coordination, and adherence to the highest safety standards to ensure the well-being of employees, customers, and property.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Fire Prevention and Fire Safety to assess risks and design preventative measures
- Strong knowledge of Fire Safety Management and Fire Service procedures
- Competency in managing Emergency Services and ensuring rapid, effective responses
- Relevant certifications in fire safety or emergency management are highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven experience in facilitating training programs on fire safety and emergency protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting fire safety compliance is a plus
