Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Fire Alarm Technician, based on-site in Bangalore Urban. The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems and associated low-voltage electrical systems. The role involves ensuring life safety compliance, performing inspections and tests, and providing excellent customer service during installations and repairs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Low Voltage Engineering and Troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Alarm Systems and Life Safety protocols
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and concerns professionally
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of local codes and regulations related to fire safety systems
- Technical diploma or relevant certification in Electrical/Electronics or a related field
- Previous experience as a Fire Alarm Technician is a plus
