Hey folks, We're looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder and drive high-impact initiatives at a fast-growing Fintech SaaS startup. This role is all about getting things done in highly ambiguous situations—whether it's problem-solving at scale, structuring and articulating strategic plans, or influencing senior stakeholders to move the needle. Who's a great fit? - 6+ years of experience, ideally 2-3 years in Tier-1 consulting + 2-3 years in a startup. - Outcome-obsessed—you take ownership and execute with speed. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with exceptional structuring & written communication. - High on influence—you'll work closely with senior leadership across teams. This role is a launchpad for future entrepreneurs and a stepping stone into leadership roles.
