Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Fintech Product Lead specializing in Python and FAST API. The Product Lead will oversee end-to-end product development, drive technical solutions, and ensure efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable backend solutions, leading development processes, ensuring product alignment with business goals, and mentoring team members in adopting best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and expertise in working with FAST API frameworks
- Experience with designing and building scalable backend systems and APIs
- Strong understanding of software architecture, development methodologies, and version control
- Familiarity with database management systems and query optimization
- Experience in team leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of security best practices in backend development
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Background in the fintech industry is a plus
- Experience in agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a strong advantage
