Role Description
The Fintech Product Director is a full-time, on-site position based in Abroad. The role involves driving product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions in the fintech domain. Responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of fintech products, developing project plans, analyzing market trends, and ensuring efficient collaboration to meet product goals. The Product Director will also play a critical role in steering the team to achieve business objectives and deliver value to customers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Product Strategy and Product Management, with experience in overseeing product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and user data for informed decision-making.
- Experience in Team Leadership and the ability to build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Expertise in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and on-time delivery of complex fintech projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align stakeholders and ensure a seamless product development process.
- Proven experience in the fintech or technology sector is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
