Role Overview:
We are hiring Chartered Accountants with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience for our Finance Operations (FinOps) practice. The role involves owning finance operations across a portfolio of clients and leading delivery through internal teams.
This role is suited for candidates with experience in:
- Multi-client accounting or finance operations environments
- Independently managing client delivery and finance operations
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end finance operations for assigned clients
- Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure strong controls, documentation, and process discipline
- Act as the primary escalation point for delivery and quality
- Lead and mentor teams of 6–10 professionals

Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in multi-client delivery environments
- Strong understanding of accounting operations and close processes
- Proven team leadership and delivery management experience
