About the role
We're hiring our first UI/UX Product Designer to take ownership of user experience and interface design across our platform. As our first designer, you'll partner closely with the CTO, Head of Product, engineers, and other team members to:
Define and own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and user flows to polished UI.
Build a lightweight design system in Figma that enables consistency across our customer- and internal-facing tools.
Conduct basic user testing and feedback sessions to guide design decisions.
Translate complex workflows into simple, usable experiences for clinicians and parents.
Collaborate daily with engineering to ensure designs are practical, clear, and implemented with high fidelity.
Contribute to the company's design culture and set the foundation for a future design team.
