Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finishing Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Finishing Supervisor will oversee and manage all on-site finishing activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and workmanship are achieved. Responsibilities include supervising a team of workers, coordinating tasks, monitoring project schedules, conducting site inspections, and managing material usage. The role demands effective collaboration with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery while adhering to strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of finishing activities such as painting, polishing, tiling, and other interior and exterior finishes
• Experience in team supervision and efficient workforce management
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Solid understanding of construction materials, tools, and industry standards
• Effective communication, organization, and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous on-site experience in real estate or construction projects is an advantage
