Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finishing Manager role located in Bogole. The Finishing Manager will oversee and manage finishing activities to ensure high-quality standards in construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, supervising the quality of finishing work, and addressing any discrepancies in workmanship. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to quality standards in construction projects.
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and coordination among various teams.
• Knowledge and certification in SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and compliance with safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Production and Construction Management to execute finishing work efficiently.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in finishing works within the construction and real estate industry is an advantage.
