Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finishing Engineer located in Mumbai. The Finishing Engineer will oversee day-to-day site finishing activities while ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities include inspecting and supervising finishing works, coordinating with contractors and other on-site team members, and ensuring adherence to timelines. The engineer will also address and resolve any on-site issues promptly and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in planning, coordinating, and supervising finishing activities
- Knowledge in quality assurance for finishing works and materials
- Proficiency in managing contractor relationships on-site
- Ability to interpret and execute project plans and technical drawings
- Understanding of safety and compliance standards in construction
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to manage time-sensitive tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects is advantageous
