Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Finishes Execution at a G+12 project located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing and overseeing the execution of internal and external finishing works, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities include supervising contractors, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing resources and materials, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of finishing works, construction practices, and project management
- Knowledge of quality assurance, safety regulations, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in resource and material management
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Effectiveness in problem-solving and decision-making under tight project deadlines
- Experience in high-rise building projects (G+12 or higher) is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
