Cloud Service Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage the delivery and support of FINEOS cloud services in India and globally. - Ensure that cloud services are delivered to customers according to agreed SLAs. - Coordinate across different teams to drive the resolution of customer issues and incidents. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud service delivery capabilities. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in cloud service management and operations. - Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (IaS, PaaS, SaaS) and service delivery best practices. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results. - Experience in the insurance/financial services industry is preferred.
