About the Role We're looking for passionate art mentors to teach students across age groups — from young beginners to diploma-level students. Our teaching philosophy is fundamentals-first: observation, structure, technique, and depth — not shortcuts. (PLEASE NOTE: Sharing a Portfolio Link is mandatory)
What You'll Do
- Plan and conduct classes for assigned age groups/courses
- Provide structured, individual feedback to students
- Track student progress against the curriculum
- Contribute to curriculum development and student exhibitions
What We're Looking For
- A formal background in Fine Art (BFA or equivalent) preferred
- 2-3 years of teaching or studio experience
- Strong grounding in drawing, painting, and classical techniques
- Patient, encouraging, and able to work with different age groups
