Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Drafting boards resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes of board and committee meetings.
• Assist in compliance under the Companies Act,2013, RBI regulations.
• Assist in preparation and filling of various forms.
  
  

The candidate will gain hands-on experience in Companies Act, RBI Regulations, NBFC Compliances etc.
