About the role



The Opportunity

Findex is seeking a strategically minded and creatively driven Brand Strategist to lead the evolution of our brand across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this 12-month contract role will work closely with our GTM, Product, and Sales teams to define and execute a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with business goals and resonates with our audiences. You’ll own our brand positioning, messaging, and identity systems, shaping how Findex shows up visually, verbally, and experientially in the market. While Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane is preferred, location is flexible for the right person.

What will your typical work week look like?

  • Drive brand strategy, identity, and messaging across teams and channels
  • Guide visual direction and creative output with internal and external design teams
  • Translate market and customer insights into brand narratives and positioning
  • Lead brand campaigns and ensure consistent storytelling across platforms
  • Champion internal brand understanding and alignment


Let’s talk about you!

The successful candidate will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • 10+ years in brand strategy or creative direction, ideally in B2B or Financial Service
  • Strong grasp of brand identity, messaging frameworks, and visual storytelling
  • Skilled communicator with sharp copywriting and storytelling instincts
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity in tools like Figma, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and brand performance tracking platforms
