About the role:
Strategic Planning & Tribe Governance: Drive the strategic planning process (OKRs, quarterly roadmaps) for the FinCrime tribe. You will facilitate business reviews and ensure leadership has high-visibility into team performance, resource allocation, and health metrics.
Cross-Functional Program Management: Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that span Product, Data, Compliance, and Operations. You will act as the bridge between technical and operational teams to ensure complex initiatives (e.g., new market launches or regulatory overhauls) are delivered seamlessly.
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our FinCrime and Fraud processes. You will design and implement scalable operating models that allow the team to grow without compromising risk controls or customer experience.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with the Data team to build robust dashboards and reporting mechanisms. You will translate complex data into actionable insights aiding in critical business decisions and risk appetite adjustments.
Minimum qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or a high-growth Fintech environment.
Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution.You must be comfortable managing stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Compliance without direct authority.
Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive to data-backed solutions.
AI Fluency: Has a strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to apply AI tools and frameworks to solve real world problems at Aspire.
Preferred qualifications:
Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in Financial Crime, Risk, Compliance, or Payments operations is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks) to independently mine data and track performance.
Growth Mindset: Experience scaling teams or processes in a growth startup environment.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing board-level presentations and synthesizing complex updates for executive leadership.
