Support and entry-level to mid-level duties are frequently combined in an associate role, which frequently focuses on particular domains such as sales, customer service, or business operations. Depending on the industry and position, associates may work directly with clients, manage administrative duties, or assist in the creation and implementation of business plans. To keep an eye on and maintain our production processes, we are seeking to hire an experienced associate. As a process associate, you will be expected to maintain inventory and supplies, analyze current processes and offer recommendations for system upgrades, conduct routine equipment maintenance, guarantee product quality, and create process reports for the production manager. Key Responsibilities: Analyzing company processes for delays, obstructions, and weaknesses. Advising on process upgrades to improve production rates and reduce costs. Assessing process orders. Servicing and maintaining production equipment. Troubleshooting processing issues. Maintaining machinery supply inventory. Notifying Quality Assurance personnel of production flaws. Ensuring production processes adhere to safety and quality regulations. Ensuring production area is clear of obstructions and contaminants. Creating production process reports
