Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Systems Support – Team Lead located in Bengaluru South. Key responsibilities include managing and leading the financial systems support team to ensure the effective and efficient operation of financial applications. The role involves troubleshooting, system analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet business requirements. Additionally, the Team Lead will oversee system maintenance, provide user training and guidance, and ensure best practices are adhered to within the financial systems domain.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools and their functionality
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting system issues, data analysis, and problem-solving
  • Experience in team leadership, including managing, mentoring, and coordinating with diverse teams
  • Understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field (master’s or certification in financial systems is a plus)
  • Prior experience in a similar role, particularly within the automotive or manufacturing sectors, is an advantage
