Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Statement - Manager, located in Noida. The Manager will oversee the preparation and review of accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP/IFRS, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, conducting audits and reconciliations, managing client engagements, and providing insights for strategic decision-making. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with client teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless financial reporting and advisory support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with standards like US GAAP/IFRS including SEC Reporting
- 8+ years of experience.
- Strong expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing principles.
- Experience with tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, and MYOB.
- Ability to manage and mentor teams, and oversee workflow and processes effectively.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered financial automation tools and processes is a plus.
