We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The role involves handling customer interactions, driving subscription sales, managing renewals, and ensuring an excellent client experience across calls, chats, emails, and social media channels.
The ideal candidate should be sales-driven, confident in communication, and comfortable interacting with customers regularly.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with fresh leads generated through various channels
Promote and sell subscription-based financial products/services
Manage customer renewals and retention activities
Upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings to existing customers
Handle customer queries across calls, chat, email, and social media
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support
Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, MIS, and reporting records
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in Relationship Management, Tele-sales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Client Servicing
Candidates from Equity Markets, Stock Broking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services backgrounds will be preferred
Candidates from the broader BFSI industry are also welcome, provided they possess excellent communication skills and strong client-handling abilities
Prior call center or customer-facing sales experience will be an added advantage
Basic understanding of financial/investment products preferred
