Team: Operations / Risk & Compliance
Location: Mumbai | Type: Full-time
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing end-to-end FRM ensuring timely compliance checks, and system
updates while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic risk and compliance checks; coordinate approvals
- Understand cohorts and enhance workflows
- Liaise with Sales, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Ops teams
- Update issues in CRM and track TAT
- Support MIS reporting and audit requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate in Finance / Commerce / Business or related field
- Experience in onboarding, operations, or compliance (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
- Comfortable with Excel and internal systems
- Experience in financial services / fintech / investments
- Exposure to risk, compliance, or regulatory processeS
