Job Summary :

We are seeking a qualified and detail oriented finance professional to lead financial reporting, consolidation and compliance activities. The role involves preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards such as Ind AS/IGAAP and supporting audits and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements on a periodic basis (monthly, quarterly, annual)

Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements

Handle schedules, notes to accounts, and disclosures

Consolidation & Reporting

Coordinate with internal teams for timely and accurate reporting

Analyzs financial data and explain variances

Liaise with statutory auditors and internal auditors etc.

Support audit queries and ensure timely closure

Assist in Due diligence and IPO

Financial Analysis & MIS

Prepare management reports and dashboards

Support decision-making through financial insights

Process Improvement & Systems

Drive automation and process improvements in reporting

Work with ERP systems like SAP

Strengthen internal controls and documentation

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant

Experience

3–5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or audit

Experience in Big 4 or large corporates preferred

Experience in fast-growing industries like data centers, infrastructure, or tech

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Ind AS

Hands-on experience with consolidation and reporting tools

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
