🚀 We’re Hiring | Consultant / Manager – Accounting Advisory (Big 4 Consulting Firm)
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 5–10 Years
An exciting opportunity to join one of the Big 4 consulting firms, working on high-impact engagements across IPOs, financial reporting, and global accounting standards.
🔍 Role & Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical consultation papers on accounting standards – Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP
- Work on IPO engagements, supporting clients across multiple stages of the process
- Assist in transition from Indian GAAP to Ind AS, including diagnostics and implementation
- Lead and support audit readiness, including:
- Financial statement preparation (AS, Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP)
- Audit schedules and supporting documentation
- Audit coordination and execution support
- IFC documentation for audit readiness
- Provide accounting and bookkeeping services
- Deliver virtual CFO / controllership support
- Support FP&A, compliance, and regulatory monitoring on short-term assignments
- Assist in group reporting under IFRS and US GAAP
✅ Who We’re Looking For
- CA qualified professionals
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Prior audit experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
