Job details:
- Prepare and manage project-wise budgets, forecasts for HAM/Toll road projects.
- Assist in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS / IFRS / local GAAP
- Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Prepare and maintain working papers, schedules, and reconciliations to support reported numbers
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for timely completion of audits
- Assist in preparing board decks, investor reports, and financial presentations
- Support in implementation and documentation of accounting policies and controls
- Ensure timely and accurate booking of journal entries in ERP / accounting software
- Monitor compliance with regulatory filings (ROC, SEBI, RBI, etc. – as applicable)
- Liaise with business teams to gather financial inputs and validate reporting data
- Assist in automation and process improvement projects within the finance function
- Track intercompany transactions, provisions, and adjustments for group-level reporting
