Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist
Finance & Accounting · Full-time · On-site - Ahmedabad
We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy finance professional to manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting — working directly with our Australian clients. Experience with Trintech / Trintech Cadency and Planful is a strong advantage.
🕖Working hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM · Australia-aligned shift
What you'll do
- Own the month-end close process — journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations using Trintech / Trintech Cadency
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Work directly with Australian customers to resolve queries and provide financial support in real time
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or accounting
- Hands-on experience with Trintech or Trintech Cadency — strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Planful or Planful client environments is a plus
- Solid grasp of GAAP / IFRS, month-end close, and reconciliation best practices
- Confident communicator — comfortable as a direct client-facing contact
- Available and willing to work Australia-aligned hours (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Tech-savvy, organized, and deadline-driven
Nice to have
- CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification
- Experience with Australian clients or cross-border finance
- Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
