Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist at IIMBx, located in Bengaluru South. The professional will be responsible for creating financial models, forecasting, budgeting, conducting performance analysis, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing variances, ensuring financial compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and variance reporting
- Experience with tools like MS Excel, financial software, and ERP systems
- Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and stakeholder management
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage
- Work experience in financial analysis, preferably in the education or digital learning sector, is a plus
