This role is responsible for managing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for assigned client accounts. You will partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to drive financial performance, ensure accuracy of financials, and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting fundamentals along with 2–3 years of hands-on FP&A experience, combining analytical rigor with business insight and stakeholder management.
What you’ll be doing:
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead/support annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Develop revenue, cost, margin, and cash flow projections
- Identify risks and opportunities with actionable insights
Client P&L Management
- Own and maintain accurate client P&L statements
- Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast/prior periods)
- Drive profitability improvement and cost optimization
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Deliver clear, concise insights for business stakeholders
- Support QBRs, business reviews, and leadership presentations
Business Partnering
- Act as finance partner to client account teams
- Support pricing, contract renewals, and commercial decisions
- Collaborate with operations, HR, delivery, and procurement
Financial Modeling
- Build and maintain robust financial models
- Support decision-making through scenario and sensitivity analysis
Process Improvement
- Improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Drive automation and efficiency initiatives
- Ensure adherence to controls, policies, and audit requirements
What are we looking for:
Qualification (Mandatory)
Experience
- 5–8 years total experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, analysis)
- Remaining experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting preferred
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Workday / NetSuite)
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Good understanding of revenue recognition and profitability analysis
