Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, located at Gurugram. The role involves overseeing the financial planning and budgeting process, conducting variance analyses, and preparing financial models to support decision-making. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing resource allocation, and providing actionable insights to drive the financial performance of the organization. Additionally, the role ensures alignment between financial goals and organizational objectives through detailed forecasting and strategic recommendations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage cash flow statements (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting activities
- Develop financial projections and business plans to support strategic decisions
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports with actionable insights
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements as per IGAAP
- Drive cost control initiatives and monitor profitability
Key Requirements
Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
Hands-on experience in cash flow management & MIS reporting
Ability to support business planning and decision-making
Good analytical and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Modeling
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Budgeting & Forecasting
- Comprehensive understanding of Finance and financial operations
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills for conveying financial insights
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- MBA in Finance, CA, CFA, or a related qualification (preferred) with relevant industry experience
