- To understand and quick delivery of various collection MIS like , GNPA Resolution, BKT Wise Resolution.
- To have an understanding of Non Starter, Early delinquency, roll Back , Normalisation, roll forward, stabilisation
- To monitor Collection team performance working and identification of weak performer
- To track critical collection cases
- To understand business controlling MIS
- To understand Business IRR, Target vs achievement, Productivity, LTV, Buero score, ticket size , aum , par 30
- To prepare business team and branch performance
- To identify weak performer and weak branches in terms of collection and sales
- To ensure timely sending Management MIS and Give insights to the team
- To analyse business and collection and submit the reports to the management.
