For one of our clients in Financial Services GCC, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic and driven professional to join the team as a Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis based in Gurugram.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Budgeting, Forecasting, and Long-Range planning cycles
- Deliver sharp Variance Analysis and actionable business insights
- Drive Management Reporting (MIS, Dashboards, Leadership decks) with high accuracy and timeliness
- Build Financial Models for business cases, investments, and scenario planning
- Partner closely with business teams to support strategic decision-making
- Track and optimize costs, margins, and profitability drivers
- Ensure alignment with financial controls, governance, and audit requirements
- Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, setting clear goals and ensuring strong execution
- Champion the use of AI and automation tools to enhance forecasting accuracy, streamline reporting, and improve decision-making speed
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, controls, and governance standards
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–12 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Corporate Planning
- Strong expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, and Financial Modeling
- Ability to partner with business teams and drive strategic decision-making
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
