We’re Hiring | Manager – FP&A (SaaS Industry)
Location: Pune
Work Mode: 5 Days Working
Experience: 5–7 Years (Post CA)
Salary: ₹30–35 LPA

About the Role
We are looking for a Manager – FP&A to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role will work closely with leadership and act as a strategic finance partner, supporting key business decisions and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver monthly financial reports with insights for management
• Own budgeting and forecasting cycles (annual & quarterly)
• Build and manage SaaS financial models (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, etc.)
• Track key SaaS metrics and provide actionable insights
• Develop dashboards and investor/board-level reports
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops)
• Evaluate pricing, GTM strategies, and new business initiatives
• Perform ROI analysis on campaigns, hiring, and investments
• Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
Mandatory Criteria
• CA Qualified (Mandatory)
• 5+ years post-qualification experience in FP&A
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based companies
• Strong understanding of ARR/MRR, revenue recognition, and SaaS metrics
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in domestic (India) market only
Preferred Skills
• Strong analytical and financial modeling expertise
• Hands-on with Excel / Google Sheets
• Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
