We are looking for a highly analytical and result-driven FP&A Manager to strengthen our finance team in the Agrochemical / Agro Industry. This role will play a critical part in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
📊 Key Responsibilities
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards
• Monitor revenue, profitability, costs, and cash flow performance
• Develop financial models, scenario planning, and business projections
• Collaborate with business teams on pricing, investments, and cost optimization
• Identify financial risks and growth opportunities and recommend action plans
• Improve financial reporting processes and automation
• Support management, investor, and board-level financial reporting
🎯 Candidate Profile
✔ MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / Equivalent qualification
✔ 5–10 years of experience in FP&A / Corporate Finance
✔ Experience in Agrochemical / Agro Industry preferred
✔ Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
✔ Experience with ERP / Accounting systems
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
