🚀 We’re Hiring: FP&A Manager
Are you a finance professional who thrives on turning numbers into strategic insights? We’re looking for a dynamic FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, cost optimization, and business decision support across our operations.
🔍 Role Overview
The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decisions and improving cost efficiency across production, procurement, and sales.
📊 Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Lead financial planning cycles, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and sales teams to consolidate inputs
- Deliver insightful variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)
Cost & Margin Analysis
- Analyze product costing, standard cost variances, and manufacturing overheads
- Drive SKU-level profitability analysis
- Identify cost optimization opportunities across production and procurement
Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly dashboards, KPIs, and financial performance reports
- Provide insights on EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow
- Build financial models for business scenarios and pricing strategies
Strategic Business Support
- Partner with leadership on capex decisions, make-or-buy analysis, and new product launches
- Support long-term strategic planning and IPO readiness
Systems & Process Improvement
- Ensure data accuracy through ERP systems (Odoo)
- Drive automation using tools like Excel and Power BI
- Strengthen financial controls and compliance
🧠 Key Skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures and variance analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and business partnering abilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on deadlines
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- 4–10 years of experience in FP&A, costing, or business finance
- Experience in FMCG/cosmetics or manufacturing preferred
- Exposure to plant-level finance and cost accounting is a plus
