This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for preparing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, as well as conducting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Key tasks include developing and maintaining financial models, identifying key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights to drive business performance. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial plans align with business objectives and ensuring adherence to financial goals and guidelines

Qualification
s
- Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, and experience in crafting and managing financial plans
- .Profecient in Excel, Power point and SQL
- .Expertise in Financial Modeling and the ability to develop robust financial models for decision-making and risk assessment
- .Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- .Comprehensive understanding of Finance concepts and principles in a corporate or banking environment
- .Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- .A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; MBA in Finance is highly desirable
- .Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
