Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Financial Planning and Analysis / Financial Analyst. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, managing budgets, and offering insights to support strategic decisions. The candidate will also collaborate with various teams to streamline financial operations and ensure the company's financial goals are achieved.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics
- Experience using financial and analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent
- Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial insights clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CA is a strong asset)
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or startup ecosystems is a plus
