Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and advanced Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of global financial reporting standards.
