Role Snapshot: We are seeking an FP&A AM/Manager to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a dynamic renewable energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare budgets, long-term models, and rolling forecasts
- Variance analysis of cost & revenue, project expense tracking at WBS level
- Monitor KPIs, conduct scenario/sensitivity analysis
- Develop MIS reports, support investor/board reporting
- Assist in evaluating new projects & investments
- Ensure accurate reporting via SAP, drive process improvements
Desired Skills:
- Strong SAP knowledge (mandatory)
- Advanced Excel & financial modelling
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
