Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Planner based in Bengaluru. The Financial Planner will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services, including creating personalized financial and retirement plans, analyzing client needs, and recommending suitable financial strategies. The role requires collaboration with clients and financial advisor to understand and achieve their short-term and long-term financial objectives, ensuring financial growth and security. The selected candidate will also stay informed about industry trends and regulatory updates to provide accurate and relevant advice.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5–10 years
Qualification: MBA (Finance) or equivalent | CFP is added advantage

- What you’ll be doing:
- Create comprehensive, end-to-end financial plans aligned with client goals
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand client requirements and design suitable strategies
- Collaborate with the Research team to incorporate market insights and product performance
- Apply strong understanding of financial/investment products and regulatory guidelines
- Operate both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in Financial Planning within Financial Services / Personal Finance domain
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable plans
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
