Role Overview
We are seeking a Financial Planner / Financial Coach who can provide holistic, goal-based financial guidance to clients. The role involves understanding client needs, recommending suitable investment solutions, supporting execution, and ensuring long-term portfolio alignment—while building trust-driven client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyse client financial profiles including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and financial goals
- Recommend suitable investment solutions such as equity and debt mutual funds, insurance products, and other regulated instruments based on risk profile and objectives
- Support smooth execution of investments and ensure seamless transaction processing
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalance portfolios in line with long-term goals
- Provide timely updates on market developments, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities
- Ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and advisory support
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- MBA (Finance) / B.Com with CFP / CWM certification preferred
- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Financial Planning or Wealth Management
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial planning concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with AI
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Additional certifications such as QPFP will be an advantage
- Client-focused mindset with high integrity and attention to detail
