Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Financial Operations Manager. The individual in this role will oversee day-to-day financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with financial policies, analyzing financial performance, and optimizing costs. The Financial Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and contribute to strategic decision-making for the organization's growth.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Budgeting, Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis
- Expertise in Financial Reporting and Compliance, including knowledge of regulatory standards
- Experience in Cost Optimization Strategies and Process Improvement
- Advanced knowledge of Financial Tools, Accounting Systems, and Data Analysis
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are a plus
- Previous experience in logistics, sustainability, or electric mobility industries is an advantage
