Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and business growth strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage marketing budgets and performance tracking.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Handle Government tenders and GEM Portal processes.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Support business planning and investor communication.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or related fields (preferred)
- B.Tech./ bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, or relaed field.
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Business Development (a plus)
- Minimum 1+ yeas in Business Development/ Marketing/ Sales
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of marketing and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in government tenders and GEM Portal (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- MS Office, Canva & PPT skills
