Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager with strong expertise in Indian taxation, financial planning, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance
- Manage Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.) and ensure timely filings
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards for leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization strategies
- Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting (if required)
- Implement and improve financial controls, systems, and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial insights and decision-making
Key Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance
- Experience working in SaaS / technology / startup environment preferred
- Professional qualification such as CA / MBA Finance preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in financial tools, Excel, and accounting software
