Role OverviewWe are looking for a sharp, high-ownership Finance Manager (Qualified CA) with 6 to 12 months of post-qualification experience. In this role, you will transition from pure execution to managing and optimizing our financial health. You will oversee daily financial operations, ensure flawless compliance, and build structured reporting pipelines for executive leadership review.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management & Operations: Oversee core accounting operations, treasury, cash flow management, and monthly ledger finalization.
- Compliance & Taxation: Ensure 100% data hygiene and timely compliance for GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings.
- Audit Ownership: Lead and streamline statutory, internal, and tax audit processes with external stakeholders.
- Executive Dashboards: Structure, maintain, and update financial trackers and MIS reports to provide clear, real-time visibility into metrics and burn rates for the leadership team.
- Internal Controls: Implement robust internal controls, manage vendor payouts, and optimize corporate spending.
Requirements- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: 6 to 12 months of experience handling corporate finance, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency (data structuring, pivot tables, financial modeling) and accounting software skills.
- Traits: Strong analytical acumen, absolute accuracy with numbers, and a direct, professional communication style.
