Job Title: Client Financial Management Manager (Financial Analysis)
Location: Bengaluru, India
Experience: 13–18 years
Qualification: MBA (CA/CMA preferred)
About the Role
Finance Operations team to drive financial analysis, planning, and transformation initiatives. You will align finance with business strategy, leverage digital technologies (RPA, AI/ML), and deliver insights that improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and contract P&L
- Perform financial analysis, ratio analysis, and variance analysis
- Design and implement financial tools, dashboards, and processes
- Drive finance transformation initiatives across P2P, R2R, O2C, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury
- Support client engagements, due diligence, and transformation programs
- Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership for decision support
- Lead teams and manage multiple workstreams
