Role Overview:

Financial Europeans is seeking a motivated and strategic Business Developer to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across Europe. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, negotiating partnerships, and expanding our market presence within the financial services sector. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing opportunities for significant impact and career growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape. Develop and implement strategies to target new business opportunities within the European financial services sector.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new business relationships with financial companies and other relevant stakeholders. Lead negotiations and close deals that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team. Maintain updated records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a similar role. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company’s growth objectives. Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and potential risks.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Notion). Understanding of the digital landscape in Europe and the ability to leverage it for business development.
  • Multilingual Capability: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in an additional European language (such as German, or Portuguese) is a significant advantage.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
