• CA (mandatory)
• 1 year of experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD)
2️⃣ Senior ( Bangalore)
• CA (mandatory)
• 3 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements
- Must have experience in the healthcare industry.
- Analyze revenue, costs, and key business drivers
- Assess quality of earnings and working capital requirements
- Prepare databooks and draft reports
- Conduct analytical reviews and present key findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on live transactions
