Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Financial Due Diligence Professional, based in Delhi. The role involves analyzing financial statements, evaluating acquisition targets, identifying risks and opportunities, and contributing to financial strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to conduct due diligence processes, delivering comprehensive reports, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Due Diligence, and analyzing financial statements
- Analyzing financial and operational results of targets through preparation of various analysis by reviewing accounting records.
- Evaluating the effects of seasonal and cyclical changes on cash flow requirements.
- Reviewing and quality check of financial statements and databooks, QOE reports
- Skills in preparing detailed financial reports and assessing risks
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage on-site tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are a plus
