Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Director, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Financial Director will oversee financial planning, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to guide business decisions. The role includes ensuring financial compliance with global and local regulatory frameworks and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Knowledge of global and local compliance regulations is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in budget management and cost optimization
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CA qualification is preferred
- Experience in multinational or cross-border financial operations is a plus
