Position: Financial Controller
Location: Jodhpur
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and financially driven professional to manage and oversee the complete financial operations at ZOA. This role blends core accounting with strategic financial control to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain daily accounts, journal entries, and ledgers
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
• Handle vendor payments and receivables
2. Financial Control
• Monitor daily sales vs cash/card settlements
• Control costs across kitchen, bar, and operations
• Track food cost %, beverage cost %, and wastage
3. MIS & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Share revenue, expense, and profitability insights
• Support management in financial planning
4. Inventory & Costing
• Coordinate with store and kitchen for stock audits
• Monitor inventory movement and shrinkage
• Ensure accurate menu costing
5. Compliance & Statutory Work
• Handle GST filings and compliance
• Maintain documentation for audits
• Coordinate with CA for taxation and filings
6. Cash Flow Management
• Manage daily cash flow and bank reconciliations
• Plan payouts and optimize working capital
7. ERP & Systems Management
• Manage and operate Zoho Books / Tally ERP
• Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and system controls
• Integrate billing, inventory, and accounting processes
Requirements:
• B.Com/M.Com or relevant finance degree
• 3–7 years of experience (hospitality preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Books / Tally
• Good understanding of GST and compliance
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
